Pakistan Captain Misbah-ul-Haq has hoped to continue Pakistan's winning run in Bangladesh.
The one-off Twenty20 offers Bangladesh their best chance of an upset. They recently outplayed West Indies in a similar tour-opening Twenty20 game. Pakistan have been on the road for a while now, and are unlikely to be caught unprepared, but Misbah-ul-Haq's men would be wary, all the same.
The two sides will also play three one-dayers and two Test matches in Pakistan's tour of Bangladesh.

Pakistan set 136 runs target for Bangladesh in the only Twenty 20 match at Sher e Bangla cricket stadium on Tuesday.
Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat first.
Mohammad Hafeez scored 25 runs on 31 balls while skipper Misbah-ul-Haq made 21 runs not out on 20 balls. Umer Akmal scored 20 while Asad Shafiq and Imran Farhat scored 19 and 16 runs respectively.
